iCan drums are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with UV and static inhibitors, and are designed to withstand the daily rigors of industrial environments. Each drum includes 2 blank white labels for identifying drum contents using our free software.

iCan lids are made from high-density polyethylene with nitrile o-rings. Pour Lids include a twist-open nozzle, (available in 3 different sizes), 1” quick-fill port, accessory port with ½” NPT female thread, light-switch style breather vent at thumb position and clear plastic handle covers that hold color-coding tags. Pump/Storage Lids include 1” quick-fill port and two (2) accessory ports (one ½” NPT female thread and one 3/8” NPT female thread).

Each iCan lid includes a color coding kit, which consists of:
+ 10 different colored iTags
   (red, blue, yellow, lime green, forest green, black, orange, purple, gray and tan)
+ Clear plastic iTag holders and screws (if applicable)
+ Foam-tipped wand for pre-lubricating master o-ring located on bottom of lids

The iCan piston-style hand pump includes a 4.8 foot (1.5 meter) hose and an L-shaped aluminum anti-drip end-piece with a 7/16” (11mm) outside diameter and 5/16” inside diameter. Pump discharge rate is approximately 13 strokes per liter. The iCan Pump is ideal for dispensing fluids into hard-to-reach or awkward fill ports.

iCan Extension Hoses screw onto the end of iCan Pour Lids, allowing an extra 11” (0.28 meters) of reach. Each pour lid has a matching size extension hose.

iCan Sample Kit contains one each of the following:
2 Liter Drum, 5 Liter Drum, 10 Liter Drum, Pour Lid with 6mm Nozzle, Pour Lid with 12mm Nozzle, Pour Lid with 25mm Nozzle, Pump Lid, iCan Pump, Extension Hoses for 6mm, 12mm and 25mm Nozzles, iPouch for 2 Liter Drum, iPouch for 5/10 Liter Drum. A great way to sample the entire iCan line.

iPouches

Clear, adhesive-backed, zip-top iPouches are designed for use with iCan drums, and are ideal for holding identification tags and important documents such as MSDS sheets. Each iPouch includes 10 colored iTags (red, blue, yellow, lime green, forest green, black, orange, purple, gray and tan), that fit neatly inside the iPouch.

These perforated forms on letter-sized sheets are for use with our web-based labeling program. Use the software to print tags in 16 different colors with text in 8 font sizes. Packaged 10 sheets per pack (one iTag per sheet). Available in both A and A4 sizes.

Colour iTags

These pre-cut, colored iTags are available in packs of 10 and are designed to fit neatly into Lids or iPouches. Each iTag has a color on one side and another color on the other side. Color iTags are intended to be written on with a marker or pen.

iCan drum labels measure 3” (76mm) wide by 5” (127mm) high and are included with each drum. There are two blank white labels per sheet. The sheet is designed for use with the web-based labeling software.

Note: Drum Label is paper stock. They are not recommended for use in wash down environments. For these applications, consider the use of the iCan vinyl, adhesive-backed iPouches.

The Color Coding Kit includes left and right replacement handles for the pour lid, a complete set of colored iTags for both the Pour Lid and Pump Lid, and replacement screws for the Pour Lid handles.
